Andy Willoughby said I should contact you. Our neighbour for weeks has verbally abused myself and my wife. We complained to the Police they said if it happened again. Well it happened again only we we out. A van driver parked outside our flat (32a Amber Street) said this neighbour came out of his flat (35 The Esplanade part of which is next to us on Amber, wielding an axe and shouting abuse through the window. We phoned the Police they are coming on Tuesday. What does it take to get them to tell him to stop….murder. Can you do anything it’s not good for Saltburn. Alan
